Dr Jonathan B Hamling

BSc (Lond.), M.B.B.S.(Lond.), M.R.C.G.P., Diploma Faculty of Family Planning, Qualified London 1987.

Jonathan worked for several years in Oxford, before joining the Practice in 1998. Jonathan has special interests in Child Health, Dermatology and Mental Health. He has an avowed fondness for both chocolate and cats.

Dr Patrick Eavis

M.B.B.S. (Lond), M.R.C.G.P., Diploma Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Diploma Faculty of Family Planning. Qualified London 1994.

Patrick joined the practice in 1998 and worked concurrently for fifteen years in Oncology at the RUH (with a particular interest in Breast Cancer). Patrick is a Clinical Champion for the National Institute for Health, and Research Lead for Clinical Trials in the practice as well as having interests in Dermatology and minor ops. Patrick is also trained to insert contraceptive implants.

Outside of work Patrick’s interests include skiing, good food, cooking, camping and the occasional glass of wine.

Dr Amanda Combe

AmandaM.B., Ch.B.(Sheff), M.R.C.G.P., Diploma Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Diploma Faculty of Family Planning. Qualified Sheffield 1993.

Amanda completed her GP training in Brighton before moving to Bath to become a partner here at the Practice in 1998.

Amanda has special interests in Gynaecology, Contraception and Sexual Health, and is also the partner responsible for personnel.

Outside of work Amanda’s interests include tennis and running, as well as gardening and growing veg (including the odd marrow!)

Dr Tim Johnson

M.B., Ch.B, M.R.C.G.P, Diploma Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Qualified Birmingham 1990.

Tim worked in London whilst training as a GP, before joining the practice in 2000. Tim lives in Bristol and has three children. He is a keen cyclist and uses his bike as much as possible, as he thinks it beats sitting in traffic jams.

Dr Claire Quiggin


Claire qualified from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in 1995, and worked in a busy London practice for 15 years. Having grown up in Bath she returned in 2014, and joined Oldfield Surgery in early 2015. Claire has special interest in women and children's health issues, including family planning services and child protection. She is also a GP Trainer with a keen interest in medical education.

When she is not working, Claire is a busy mum of two boys, and enjoys tennis and skiing.

Dr Tom Riddington

Tom completed his GP training in Dorset before moving

to Bath in 2016. As a hospital doctor he worked in

paediatrics and psychiatry, and as a GP continues

these interests in Child Health and Mental Health.


Outside of work you’ll find Tom jogging around the back

streets of Bath, trying hard to avoid running up any hills.

Dr Anna Gregorowski


M.B.B.S. (Lond), M.R.C.G.P. Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare.Diploma of Child Health. Qualified London 2004.

Anna started her medical career in paediatrics and then decided to follow her father's footsteps and become a GP. She completed her GP training in Poole, Dorset.  She has a special interest in child health and family planning. 


Anna moved with her family to Bath and joined the practice in 2017.


Anna enjoys running after her two boys and around Bath to keep fit.
