TO ALL PATIENTS

The surgery will be CLOSED on Wednesday 18th July 2018 from 1pm to 6pm for staff training. For all URGENT matters on this day, please phone 111 from 1pm onwards. Thank you

If you cannot use all of the functions on our website you may need to update your browser or use Firefox or Chrome as your internet browser.

When We Are Closed

Our main telephone number, 01225-421137, carries a recorded message indicating how a doctor can be contacted when the surgery is not open.

If you urgently need medical advice or treatment (but it is not an emergency) you should contact the 111 service by dialling 111. The service is there to deal with urgent problems which cannot wait until the Surgery is open again.

If you need emergency medical treatment, you must call 999. An emergency is when someone needs medical help to save their life.

You should call 111 if you think you need to go to A&E or another NHS urgent care service, if you don’t know who to call for medical help, or if you need information about a health issue.”

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Patient Partner

The surgery has a 24 hour telephone booking system for non urgent GP appointments, to access this system please press 2 when prompted. You may also check or cancel existing appointments using this system.
